- High-quality finishes for bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors of the floor (carpeting, wood flooring, wallpaper, paints and varnishes)
- Complete replacement of all internal wood and glass fixtures
- Complete renovation of the new bathrooms for sanitary ware, shower box
- Renovation of conference rooms with implementation and modernization of the electrical system and new lighting system of common areas
- Execution of fine finishing works in the congress halls, replacement of carpeting and wallpaper
The renovation of 90 rooms on several floors of the building has been overseen while the hotel remained open. The logistics in place allowed for the hotel services to continue during this period.
